Glutting
CEO
Bryan
came to ACS Solutions (then known as Atlanta
Cable Sales) in 1995 starting out as a salesman.
After increasing sales by 30% in less than 6
months, he became Sales Manager and within 2
years became Vice President. In 2004 he was
named as the company's CEO. Under his leadership
sales grew to mid 8 figures during the dot com
boom and stayed the course during the bust.
ACS's 2 closet competitors during the bust are
no longer in business. He is currently the sole
owner of ACS Solutions.

Prior
to getting on board with ACS in 1995, Bryan started
his career as a Journeyman Electrician. When he formed
Synergistic Seminars in 1990 he became a member of
the National Speakers Association. As owner and facilitator
of Synergistic Seminars, he conducted Sales, Motivational,
Goal Setting, Time Management and Management by Serving,
workshops in and outside of the telecommunications
industry.
Prior
to Synergistic Seminars, Bryan's experience included
working within the data & telecommunications business
for nearly 25 years as an installer, project manager,
engineer and salesman. Bryan was considered, in the
field of sales, to be one of the top producers in
the country while working for EEC between 1983 &
1990. At that time his success came primarily from
coordinating a program with the then number 1 retailer,
to internationally connect their 2500 stores by satellite.
Bryan
has been trained as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9000:2000
and TL 9000. He was a major contributor to the TL
9000 standard by serving on the leadership council
since 2000 at QuEST Forum, the author and owner of
the TL 9000 Quality Measurement System. His positions
included Chair of Telecom Supply Chain, MARCOM, and
Vice Chair of the Oversight and Co Chair for the Global
Work groups.
Bryan
currently serves on the Board of Directors for the
Telecommunications
Industry Association (TIA) and is a member of
the Executive Board and Chairs the committee for Small
Business, representing over 500 company's concerns
in the association.

Neuhart

Neuhart has over 25 years of executive experience
in the technology, telecom, and cable industries.
Paul's background includes joint ventures, turnarounds,
and startup management. He has a proven track
record of achieving results within corporate,
divisional and plant environments. His global
experience has involved business activities
in Europe, Russia, Asia, and South America.

Mark
Keating
VP of Operations
Mark
joined ACS Solutions in January 2008 as the
Director of Production, and was promoted to
Vice President of Operations, and offered a
seat on the company Advisory Board in June 2008.
Mark has over 30 years experience in a broad
range of manufacturing, logistics, project management,
and production and inventory control disciplines.
He has spent over 13 years in ERP software application
consulting and enterprise wide implementations
for companies up to $100 million dollars in
annual sales.

Mark
has led complete ERP implementations at dozens of
companies producing products such as polyester resins,
automotive parts and assemblies, furniture, medical
devices, fire safety equipment, electronic assemblies
and components, wire and cable assemblies, boats,
marine and RV components, surveillance equipment and
cameras, formed metal products and machined parts
to name a few. He has led major proof of concept,
and large scale process validation projects at divisions
of General Electric, Nortel Networks, and DuPont.
During
his career Mark has worked for such companies as Bridgeport
Machines, a Textron company, General Electric, and
Lockheed Martin. He has been an application consultant
and manager for such ERP and Sales and Marketing Effectiveness
companies as DataWorks, Epicor, Market-Touch, Intuitive
Manufacturing Systems, and Consona.

Brian
Keaton
Quality Manager
Brian
joined ACS in the summer of 1995 as Warehouse
Manager. Over the course of 13 years, he has
held prominent leadership positions, including
Engineering Manager, and was promoted to Quality
Manager in the fall of 2007. Brian is responsible
for maintaining ACS's TL9000 Registration, and
helping to streamline ACS's Production and Quality
Programs, leading Lean Manufacturing and Six
Sigma, Kaizen Blitzes and other cost cutting
initiatives.

Brian
received Six Sigma Black Belt certification through
Villanova University in May of this year. He obtained
his ISO 9001:2002 Lead Auditor certificate from Georgia
Tech in 2007.
